Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card only one year later, at the age of 17. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the competition, she finished third. In summer 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than proud of her performance. Ariel competed against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
